How do I make payment for the items purchased?
Currently, we provide two payment options as follow:
- Cash Deposit into Maybank ATM
- Online Fund Transfer through Maybank2U
Details of our Maybank account will be emailed to your registered email address once we processed your order.
Please inform us through email after payment is made.


What is the grace period for payment after making order?
Payment shall be made within 3 days after order has been submitted to the system. Your order will automatically be canceled/deleted if no payment is received after the grace period.

How do I get the item(s) purchased?
Your purchased item(s) will be delivered to your registered Shipping Address through PosLaju Service. Pickup is available too , at specific areas only, please email us for further arrangement should you require this delivery method.

How much do I need to pay for the delivery service?
We offer FREE shipping for all full priced item above MYR60, within Malaysia only. Items priced under MYR60 and all sales items, unless specified, will be charged a flat rate of MYR5(peninsular Malaysia) and MYR8(Sabah&Sarawak) per shipment. For International deliveries, please email us for further details on the delivery charges.

When will my ordered item(s) be delivered?
We will send out your item(s) within 1 - 2 working days after payment is received by us.If you wish us to send the item(s) on a specific date, please email us for further arrangement, at least 3 days prior to the desired delivery date.

How long does the delivery take to reach me?
Poslaju delivery will normally take 1 - 2 days for deliveries within Malaysia. However, delays may happen due to unforseen circumstances. Please make sure the Shipping Address provided to us is valid, and it is advisable to send your item to an address where yourself or a trusted receipient is present as Poslaju requires sign off upon receiving the items.

Can I return or request for refund on the item(s) purchase?
No dear, we are regret to inform you that item(s) sold is(are) strictly non-refundable.However we offer an exchange alternative which only valid with the following terms n condition being agreed and abide:
- You may choose any item to be exchanged from the available stocks.There will be no refunds for item which are lower in price than the returned item.For higher priced item, you will have to pay for the extra balance.
- Item(s) to be returned for exchange MUST be in original, unused/unwashed condition.
- Item(s) damaged/lost during returning delivery process is(are) NOT valid for exchange.
- Buyer will bare any delivery cost incurred for both the returned and exchanged items.
- We reserved the rights to make the final decision on the validity of the exchange request.


Can I request to send the item(s) purchased to another person/address besides myself/Shipping address stated in my account?
Yes, of course. You can do this by simply specifying the person's name/shipping address in the comment section during your ordering process, or email the details to us after submitting your order.
