ONE、PURCHASE ENQUIRY
 
- All products in our store is fixed price.
- All products in our store is in ready stock and is made by good material and quality fabric.
- You may log on then click on order list to check your order, if your order has already being posted, it will appear as [SHIPPED]
- Our shop price is not yet added with shipping fees, when you had make your order, our system will show you with the shipping fees .
- The details of our products is all stated in our products webpage, if you have more enquiry on certain products, you are welcome to submit your question to our customer service, they will reply your question as soon as possible.



TWO、PAYMENT ENQUIRY

- We only accepts payment by MAYBANK、PUBLIC BANK fund transfer. 
- To avoid this incident to happen, we urge that please complete your payment as soon as possible. We not do reserve items to any customer and [WE ARE BASE ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS]. If after payment, the item that you purchase is out of stock, you may choose other items as a replacement, or to refund the amount, we will charge 10% of the total amount as a service charge and refund to their bank account. Refund only make to MAYBANK account, for other bank will be charge extra RM2 for bank processing fees.
- Once you had completed your payment, please inform us immediately via payment notice [INFORM BY EMAIL]. Please remember to keep a copy of your payment receipt [Payment receipt must be in a form of clear information of all the payment detail that show on the payment receipt, only accept payment receipt by email and msn], if you fail to provide us a complete payment receipt, your funds will be confiscated. Please inform us within 3 days time after you have completed your payment, if there are no one to inform us after 3 days time, the funds will be confiscated. To prevent users to cheat for the payment.



THREE、SHIPMENT
 
- We are using POSMALAYSIA as our courier company. If the shipment method that are without parcel insurance [POSEXPRESS&E-PARCEL], once your parcel is damaged or missing, you will not able to claimed from courier company for your lost. We does not responsible if parcel lost or broken parcel’s packing and incorrect quantity of order item is found after sign receiving with courier, the responsible will be under the courier company.
- After we had received your payment, we will post it on the next working day. Normally after 2week working days after posting, you shall receive your parcel. As we need to packing and counting stock.
